De Garde – The Oximandias
De Garde’s first spontaneous beer aged in Sherry puncheons (a la Zenne y Frontera). Only about 400 bottles released. Trevor says this will improve with age, and in fact is designed for it. Drink at cellar temp (55-65F) and decant for at least 20 minutes as it evolves as it oxidizes.
